First Line Support – Helpdesk – Contract Role
Day Rate: £115 (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months (+ extension)
Hybrid: 3 days on site in Bracknell / 2 days WFH

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, particularly in financial systems, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming calls and emails from users seeking assistance with financial systems and related software.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing guidance on financial applications.
– Offer clear and concise information to users, helping them navigate financial processes and tools.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams as necessary.
– Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
– Assist in developing FAQs and support documentation specific to financial systems
