SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: January 2025
Location: Milton Keynes
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and making a real difference in their lives? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with students to provide tailored support, fostering their academic and personal development.
Support children with diverse needs, ensuring they feel valued and motivated to succeed.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to monitor and enhance student progress.
Work with childen who may display challening behaviours
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
✅ Be available to start in January 2025.
✅ Have the right to work in the UK.
✅ Hold a DBS certificate on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
✅ Be able to drive, as school locations are not easily accessible by public transport.
✅ Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
Desirable
Previous experience working with children with SEN.
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support
