Sales Administrator – Burscough – Permanent – Upto £26k per annum(DOE)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Burscough. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of service for customers.
Duties will include:
- Taking telephone/emails enquiries from new and existing customers
- Receiving orders via email and processing onto Sage 50 (upto 60 orders a week)
- Uploading some orders on to the relevant customers portal
- Booking deliveries in on the Pallet Network portal and calling customers back to book them in
- Raising sales invoices on Sage 50
- Speaking with freight forwarders to organise export deliveries and create invoices
- Dealing with aftersales queries such as damages and shortages – investigating these with warehouse/courier and raising credits
- Reporting sales weekly on Excel, exporting data from Sage and using V-Look Ups
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday (9am-5pm)
- Friday (9am-1pm)

This position requires strong organisational skills, a team player attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have order processing experience and knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
