Application Requirements:

• Have previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN (preferred but not essential).
• Hold a relevant qualification, such as a CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (advantageous).
• Are patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs.
• Are adaptable and ready to work in a variety of school settings.
• Have a valid DBS check or are willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver tailored interventions.
• Assist students in small groups or 1:1 settings, helping them build confidence and achieve their learning goals.
• Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs.
