THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor

This Behaviour Mentor role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who can provide tailored support to pupils with behavioural needs. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to help students overcome challenges and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Your role will include running interventions, mentoring pupils 1:1, and promoting positive behaviour strategies across the school. Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs or challenging behaviour is essential.
