The Role:
As a Trainee Construction Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants to find top freelance talent for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in recruitment within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and progress within the company.
Responsibilities:
Proactively sourcing candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
Screening and shortlisting candidates to match client requirements.
Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintaining regular communication with candidates to build strong relationships.
Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent.
Supporting consultants with administrative tasks such as CV formatting and database updates.
Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
