THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviours, providing one-to-one and group support to help them engage with their learning and achieve their potential. You will assist teachers in creating a positive and structured environment, implementing behaviour management strategies, and encouraging students to develop their social and emotional skills.
