About the role:

Were looking for a dedicated Bakery Manager who shares our passion for quality and service to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our bakery.

As a Cinnabon Bakery Manager, your main responsibilities will include planning and managing the manufacturing and maintenance processes to ensure cost efficiency. Youll use resources, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production forecasts and targets while maintaining high product standards.

Youll also forecast work volume and equipment needs, supervise production line updates, and ensure product quality. Finally, youll collaborate with the Area Manager, keeping a positive and friendly attitude, and truly enjoying the rewarding experience of your role.

Essential:

• Minimum 2-year experience in a management role, preferably in a kitchen and hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
