Customer Service Advisor – Inbound Call Centre / Full training provided – Gloucester HQ – 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri (Not remote) – £25,000

Overview:

Operating in a busy inbound call centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and ensuring the very highest levels of customer service. This position calls for a dynamic individual who loves customer interaction, can work with multiple IT applications and enjoys the buzz of team collaboration.

  • Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Accurately log client interactions and service requests using in-house IT systems.
  • Coordinate solutions, adhering to SLAs and optimising efficiency.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent email/ticket management and response skills.
  • Uphold exceptional customer care standards.
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs through diligent work ethic.
  • Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
  • Working to targets to ensure, personal and team KPIs met.
