Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Lead small group interventions and whole-class sessions when required.
* Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
* Provide a high standard of support and classroom management.
* Inspire and assist pupils in their learning journey.
* Work collaboratively with staff and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
* HLTA qualification or extensive TA experience with HLTA responsibilities.
* Experience supporting in a primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and lesson plans.
