The Role: Working as a Teaching Assistant you will work at a range of SEND schools providing support for students with additional needs to ensure that they’re getting the best out of their education. We have various roles available, so whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, day to day or long term, we can find a role which is the best fit for you.

The Schools: Like previously mentioned, you will work at SEND schools in Sheffield with a range of different needs (ASC, PMLD, SEMH, SLD, VI/HI) while following the main aims and ethos’ of the schools. No matter which school you attend, you will be trusted to ensure the safety, confidentiality, and progress of the pupils.

Who are we looking for?

As an individual you will be outgoing and confident in your abilities to provide the best outcomes for your students.

You must be adaptable, resilient, and committed to providing a caring and exciting learning environment where children are valued as individuals are challenged and enabled to reach their full potential.

Although not essential, training in Moving and Handling and/or Team Teach are highly desired.

Types of Work:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
