Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers
Ensure customer account information is consistently accurate and up to date
Actively pursue new account opportunities to expand the customer base
Take the time to understand each customer’s needs and tailor products and services accordingly
Proactively engage with new and existing customers to promote upcoming product releases and boost sales
Assist customers via phone and email with a range of sales-related inquiries
Ensure customer information is captured and updated correctly
Contribute to team success by challenging yourself and inspiring others to achieve their goals
Respond to shifting priorities and complete tasks quickly and effectively
Attend off-site meetings and trade shows to strengthen business relationships
Take ownership of customer concerns and work diligently to find satisfactory solutions
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Previous sales experience would be advantageous
Be able to confidently communicate via the phone and email
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Strong IT skills, including Excel
Enthusiastic and positive approach
Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure
