Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and preferences for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Travel & Tourism or Catering & Hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
