As Partnership Operations and Impact Manager, you will enjoy an amazing opportunity to join a sector leading team delivering game-changing partnerships for the world’s leading independent conservation organisation. Partnerships to scale our incredible on-the-groundwork to halt nature’s decline. Join us and you will help us catalyse action, change hearts and minds and create solutions in the fight for our world by managing key systems and processes.

Reporting into the Director of Partnerships and working with partnerships heads you will ensure we are meeting team objectives and targets while helping to support the smooth running of day to day activity of the team. This will involve owning, overseeing and coordinating our operational plans as well as developing and implementing impact indicators and metrics to evaluate performance. You will make sure we have effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting in place to meet partner requirements. You will also streamline and embed compliant information management procedures throughout the team's activities and onboard colleagues in their use. You will get involved in internal and external events and workshops, drawing up partnership contracts and supporting research activities too.

Of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record in project management, including team planning and finance reporting. You will be used to using business systems and databases too.

An excellent communicator, you will also be effective at networking and presenting. A team player, you will enjoy working in a collaborative way, be effective at planning and meeting deadlines h and can demonstrate a commitment to the natural world and our core mission.
