Sales Office Administrator

About the Role:

STEM Recruitment are looking on behalf of our client to find a proactive Sales Office Administrator to support the sales team. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails professionally.

* Process customer orders, quotations, and RFQs efficiently.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

* Coordinate with field sales, production, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

* Stay updated on product developments and industry regulations.

* Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety policies.

Shift: Monday- Thursday 8am – 4.30pm

Friday – 8am – 3pm

Salary: £11.44 per hour
