Our client are looking for an experienced administrator to join their Infrastructure and Energy Team based at their Warrington office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team in Warrington. This role will provide efficient administrative support to a busy team including our partners and wider business.

KEY TASKS:
- Providing general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
- Creating presentations and taking minutes for meetingsand updating standard report templates
- Compiling reports and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets
- Working with Administrators across the divisions to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Diary management and coordinating client meetings
- Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
- Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- Strong finance skills managing invoicing for 25 professionals
- Advanced Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in compiling and analysing data and producing reports for management team and clients
- Previous Administration experience
- Knowledge of legislative requirements
- Excellence in terms of maintaining confidentiality
- A professional manner and excellent customer service skills at all times
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks with common sense and enthusiasm
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- To be considered for this role you must have excellent administration and organisational skills and prior experience of providing support to a team. You will have a keen desire to learn and develop within the role and will be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, you will have excellent time management and attention to detail skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be highly numerate.
