CRS are currently assisting our Telecoms client in sourcing both part time and full time Business Development Consultants to join the team at the new offices in Burnside.
Due to continued growth, the client are looking for sales focused individuals to complete the team.
Our ideal candidates will have a track record in telephone desk sales /appointment making and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Industry knowledge is not necessary as full training will be given, however a high energy, target focused approach is important.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling quality appointments for our field sales team.
In this position, our ideal Business Development Consultants will have:
- Ability to work to and meet targets.
- The ability to learn inhouse CRM systems.
- Great time management.
- Excellent level of customer service.
- Professional telephone manner is highly desired.
- Technical product background or knowledge is highly desired.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential new customers.
- Qualify leads and agree appointment visits for field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments on our CRM system..
- Excellent verbal communication skills
In return we offer competitive salary and commission scheme which is uncapped.
Hour of work available:
Mon Fri 9am 2.30pm
Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
£12 – £14.50 per hour Dependent on experience
Commission:10%, 12% 15% as targets are met and exceeded
