- Support stock rotation and inventory control, ensuring product freshness and minimising wastage.
- Handle deliveries efficiently, checking orders against invoices and ensuring items are stored correctly.
- Assist in preparing garnishes, syrups, and pre-batch cocktails, supporting bar mise en place to streamline service.
- Collect and clean glassware quickly and efficiently, ensuring bars are always stocked with clean, polished glassware.
- Monitor and manage bar waste, disposing of items correctly and helping maintain cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and maintaining a hazard-free workspace.
- Support bartenders during high-volume periods, stepping in to assist with service flow while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Uphold brand standards and operational procedures, maintaining a professional and proactive approach at all times

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring bars remain fully stocked and service-ready at all times.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to anticipate needs and respond quickly to changing service demands.
- Keen interest in the hospitality and nightlife industry, with the ambition to develop and grow within the team.
