My Client, a care home just outside Hereford is looking to recruit a Chef on a Permanent basis.

This role will require you to work 3 x 10hour days to include alternate weekends plus 4 hours supernumerary to do menus, personalize nutrition for residents, audits, ordering etc.

The main requirements for the role include

– Work as part of the current team, creating fresh, healthy and nutritious food on a daily basis
– Have good Food Hygiene and Health & Safety knowledge
– Have a good understanding of Dietary requirements
– Monitor Stock control

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

– Previous experience in a similar role
– Working to a budget and managing stock control
– Strong Communication skills
– Support with Menu planning

The pay rate is from £14 an hour
