Hours: 35 hours per week

The Commercial and Partnerships Assistant with my client will support the Commercial Director and sales teams to drive revenue and success. Key responsibilities include administrative support, research for new business development, creating proposals, managing contracts and invoicing, planning commercial events, and identifying growth opportunities. This role is vital to the smooth operation and expansion of our clients’ commercial initiatives.

What we’re looking for from the Commercial and Partnerships Assistant :

A degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A passion for event planning and a willingness to gain experience in this area.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus (training will be provided).
Interest in the sports industry, with a proactive approach to learning about partnerships and commercial operations.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with great attention to detail.
An outgoing personality with a desire to learn about commercial partnerships, sales, and events.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Flexibility to work matchdays and events, including evenings and weekends
