Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Glasgow City Centre – Hybrid/Remote option after probation (6 months)

Salary: £20,500 (£10.95 per hour)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week

Shifts: Various shift patterns to choose from – rotational shifts, compressed shifts, evening shift. Please note most include either a Saturday or Sunday (shifts on a first come, first serve basis)
Training: 6 Weeks – 8 Weeks Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Start Date: December

CCA Recruitment are exciting to be recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for a British Retail Bank. You will be supporting their General Insurance(Home&Motor) customers with any queries via inbound calls. You will also be promoting other channels where the customers can self-serve. You will be delivering an exceptional customer service experience, and also being the first point of contact to handle and resolve any customer complaints.

Customer Service experience within either a call centre role, retail or hospitality.
Ability to communicate effectively, whilst listening and having empathy.
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
A passion to deliver an excellent customer experience.Responsibilities of this Customer Service Advisor role

Handle incoming calls and be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing customer needs.
Communicating with the customers through various different channels of communication, mainly inbound calls, but also outbound calls and emails.
Listen to each customers personal circumstance to understand their requirements.
Assisting customers during the claims process, demonstrating empathy and compassion during difficult times.
Supporting customers to service their existing policies via inbound and outbound calls.
