Previous experience working in the finance sector, or a buisness related degree would also be an advantage.What you will do in the role of Customer Service Associate?
- Work closely with the Savings Team and Team Leader
- Deliver exceptional service for our customers
- During quieter periods you will have opportunities to support to the wider business
- Be the first point of contact with our savings customers on the phone and via email
- Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries.
- Meet service level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager.
- Liaise with the wider business, including Cash Operations, Change and Finance.
- Represent the Savings team including ross functional projects providing insight for process improvements.
- Ensure all retail processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Complaints to be dealt with effectively by following internal processes.
What we are looking for as the role of Customer Service Associate?
- Previous experience within a call centre or customer service office based role would be ideal Someone who has dealt with customers in retail or hospitality and is comfortable in a fast paced environment would also be great for this role
