Premier Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Bexleyheath, currently seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal secretary with expertise in private client matters.
About the Role:
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to the Private Client department, assisting fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients. You will play a key role in managing client communications, document preparation, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support to Private Client fee earners.
Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and organising meetings.
Liaising with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent client care.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assisting with the management of client files, including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary within a Private Client department is essential.
Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload.
