Daily Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high standards of care.

Advocate for the child’s well-being and development.

Create a loving, caring, and stable environment for children to explore their interests and reach their educational and life potential.

Requirements:

  • Over the age of 21 years
  • Have a permanent spare bedroom
  • Have the right to remain in the UK
  • Genuine passion for improving the lives of children
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to manage changing situation

Desirable skills

  • Experience working with or alongside young people
  • Understanding of trauma and its effects on young people
  • Ability to collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the young person
  • Resilience, patience, and the capacity to create lasting positive moments for the young person
