?? Location: Grafham, Guildford?? Salary: £22,315.15 – £23,880.47 per annum (FTE £26,060 – £27,888.00)?? Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term-time only
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:15 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students inside and outside the classroom, either in small groups or 1:1.
- Foster a nurturing, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.
- Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who:
- Have experience working with students with SEMH needs and complex learning difficulties (desirable, but not essential).
- Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to support students facing unique challenges.
- Are eager to learn-we provide comprehensive training for all new team members!
Please note: Due to our rural location, candidates must have their own transport.
