Office Administrator – Full time – Long Crendon – £25,000 to £27,000 per annum plus benefits!

A fantastic, steel construction company in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire are looking for a strong yet versatile Office Administrator to join their close-knit team! Ideally you will have an administration background but also not be afraid to wear many hats as you may be required to do other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Main duties:

  • Creating and maintaining enquiry and job files.
  • Maintaining enquiry trackers both UK and Germany.
  • Website maintenance.
  • Maintaining training records and organising training.
  • Maintaining ISO folders and assisting with Auditing.
  • Arranging Calibration of equipment and maintaining records and reminders
  • Purchase ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Maintaining supplier and subcontract PQQ compliance.

This role is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 but Fridays you may finish at 15:30 depending on work load.
