The role: Administrator Contract: Permanent – PART TIME Monday to Friday – 25 hours per week Salary: £17,000pa for 25 hours a week Location: NN4 SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their team.

The ideally would like someone to work each day Monday to Friday, however, working hours are flexible.

As an Administrator, you will support and deliver objectives of the Professional Services team working collaboratively with all other parts of the organisation as required. As an Administrator, you will have a particular focus processing learner applications and deliver a high standard of customer service. On day to day basis this includes:– Process learner registrations and certifications on the Quartz system – Input candidate details onto Quartz for Continuing Competence provision – Process exam requests, marking, results and tracking – Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team – Respond to email enquiries via CSAF, Quartzadmin and Info.admin addresses – Assist with other administration duties – Respond and action enquiries from members, learners, and other customers via phone and email – Post duties, including receiving incoming and sending out post daily

Key Responsibilities:– Undertake tasks, requests or directions as may be specified by your Team Leader or Head of Department in order to support the team as a whole – Co-operate, collaborate, share in and contribute to the Group activities and endeavours. – Administration duties include: – Process learner registrations and certifications on the Quartz system – Input candidate details onto Quartz for Continuing Competence provision – Process exam requests, marking, results and tracking – Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team – Respond to email enquiries via CSAF, Quartzadmin and Info admin addresses – Process bookings on the company events and training via iMIS system – Collation of training packs and certifications for Training – Assist with other administration duties for events and training as required – Reception duties, including assist in answering main line number dealing with enquiries from members and customers – Post duties, including receiving incoming and sending out post on a daily basis The candidate: – Ability to schedule and prioritise own work against set processes to meet deadlines – Strong administration skills including excellent attention to detail – Team player, self-motivated, process driven and a confident communicator – Resilient and organised under pressure – A ‘customer first’ attitude with clear customer service skills and a polite and professional phone manner – Confident use of Microsoft Office software particularly Word and Excel, which is essential for this role. – Previous experience of using iMIS and Quartz would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided – Experience of working in a regulated setting – Flexible allrounder who is keen to learn and happy to step out of core role to take on additional tasks Hours: Monday to Friday – Flexible part time hours – 25 hours per week
