THE ROLE – Pastoral Assistant
As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ emotional well-being, helping to remove barriers to their learning. You will work closely with teachers, families, and external agencies to provide tailored interventions and guidance for students with social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils to foster their personal and academic development.
