We are supporting a manufacturing business based in Sherburn in Elmet in their search for a purchase ledger clerk on a full time or 4 day per week basis. Part time applicants could fulfil their hours as either 4 full days or 5 partial days.Our client works to produce a bespoke product with widespread utility on a global scale.You will be joining at an exciting phase of growth as they have recently moved into new purpose built premises as they continue to grow in both turnover and headcount.This will be a predominantly office-based role at our client’s site, with perhaps one day per week work from home.Main duties of the role:
- Entry of purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Making payments in both GBP and foreign currencies
- Analysis of company credit card statements and assigning nominal codes to transactions
