About the Role:

STEM Recruitment are looking on behalf of our client to find a proactive Sales Office Administrator to support the sales team. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails professionally.

Process customer orders, quotations, and RFQs efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Coordinate with field sales, production, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Stay updated on product developments and industry regulations.

Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety policies.

Shift: Monday- Thursday 8am – 4.30pm

Friday – 8am – 3pm

Salary: £11.44 per hour
