Service Desk Technician
Milton Keynes South (Easy access to M1 Junc. 13, A5 – MK. Bedford, Luton, Bletchley, Aylesbury, Buckingham)
Salary £24,000 per annum + benefits
Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates with a VISA for this role. UK Passport holder or 5 years UK residency is required as you will undergo UK Security Clearance for this role

* Do you have 12 months + commercial Service Desk experience?
If yes, then come and join my client who is a world class security and digital transformation solutions provider. They are looking to further grow their Service Desk Team with an additional Service Desk Analyst.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will deliver Service Desk activities., accurately registering calls for service and provide initial triage, resolving requests where possible or allocating requests for action to the appropriate person.
* You are required to have a basic knowledge of: Service desk operations and service management.
* ITIL.
* Operating systems including office 365 administration, windows 10 and MacOS.
* Ability in the use and understanding of Microsoft applications
* IT Technologies such as MDM, Virtualisation, Networking, Storage, web application development, Sophos Antivirus
You will need to cover 7am-7pm, working a shift pattern(7am-3pm or 11am – 7pm) and 1 in 4 weekends (£150 extra pay for weekends)
You will need to undergo UK Security Clearance, this will entail background checks covering any criminal history, credit and finance and some wider elements hence the need for a UK Passport or 5 years continuous UK residency
