About the role: Teach Now is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, working in a variety of schools across Camden. This flexible role is perfect for those seeking daily or ad hoc work, stepping in as needed to support teachers and students. You’ll assist with general classroom duties, provide targeted academic support, and help students with additional needs, ensuring every child has the chance to succeed.

Application Requirements: We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
• Hold a relevant qualification in education or childcare (Level 2 or 3 preferred).
• Are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
• Can adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with staff and students.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing extra academic help.
• Assist children with SEN needs, fostering their inclusion in the classroom.
• Contribute to a positive and safe learning environment.
• Be flexible, proactive, and ready to step into any role to meet the school’s needs.
