Prospero Teaching is excited to be working with a fantastic secondary school in Bournemouth that is looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their team. This school works with students aged 11 to 18 years and provides a nurturing and supportive environment for all learners.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full-time) 08:30am – 15:15pm
School Type: Secondary School (Ages 11-18)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £13.09 per hourAbout the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will play an essential role in helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, offering tailored assistance to students to help them reach their full potential.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN needs and EHCPs.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in students’ lives.
Able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting both teachers and students.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to promoting inclusion in the classroom.To make you eligible for the role you must:

Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
