Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £60,000
Location: Whiteley
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
Overview
We are working with a well-established Telecoms business looking to hire 5 Telemarketing Executives. This business has planned for large growth in 2025 with a focus on growing their internal sales team. This role is open for all candidates looking to build a career in Sales. If you have previous telesales experience great. If not, then that’s ok as well. Your role will be outbound calling on a b2b basis. You will be provided with all of the data it is your role to book appointments for the field sales staff. You will have the training required to do this role but the most important part of this role is someone who has a can do attitude and a desire to succeed.

Daily Responsibilities:
* Engage with a blend of warm and cold leads, following memorised scripts
* Build customer relationships
* Drive sales of products and services to both new and existing customers
* Strategically build a pipeline of new business, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
* Objection handling
* Schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers across the UK
* Consistently achieve team and individual targets adhering to KPI’s
* Conduct information gathering to inform sales strategies
* Effective diary management
