Unqualified English Teaching Assistant
Q – Are you an English Graduate who is looking to get hands on experience supporting students with their GCSE and A-Level studies?
If so, this is the perfect role for you!
EdEx are working with a great Secondary school in Ealing and they are looking for multiple graduates to start ASAP supporting their students with the KS3-KS5 curriculum. In this role you will be supporting the students in and out of the classroom, working on a 1:1 and small group basis. This position comes with the opportunity for a salaried Teacher Training for September 2025 where you will be paid to train as an English teacher with no fees!
This school would love to take on 5 graduates this September who have strong academics, a passion for the education sector and ultimately enthusiasm for working with staff and students. About the role – Unqualified English Teaching Assistant
Unqualified English Teaching Assistant
Supporting students with English KS3-KS5
Assisting students with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia
To support children in 1:1 and group settings
Using creativity and imagination to engage the students for long periods of time
To report back to lead teacher to update them on progress of each student
Monday to Friday 8:30-4pm
£105 – £110 per day
ASAP Start for full academic year

A 2:1 or 1st Class degree in English or subjects involving English
Strong GCSE and A-Level knowledge of curriculum
Enthusiastic about English and supporting students
Passion for working with SEN children
Must be confident and outgoing
