Description

  • Booking consultations

* Dealing with appointment request forms from referring vets-* Ensuring all information is correctly registered on the system-* Contacting owners to book the consultations* Sending clients and referring vets confirmation emails and information packs* Checking histories are in place prior to appointments (including all test results)* Ensuring referring vet is updated regarding appointments for their clients* Dealing with all enquiries via phone-calls/e-mails from owners and veterinary surgeons in a timely manner* Filtering advice requests for the clinicians* Manage the enquiries email inbox, ensure all information, results etc is registered and passed on to the relevant clinician in a timely manner.* Updating spreadsheets and keeping accurate records

Profile

Must be a driver due to rural location- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills- Strong administration skills- Good attention to detail- A strong team player- Confident and friendly personality
