We are seeking an experienced Exams Officer to support the busy Office.

The role is Full Time, working Monday-Friday. (Part Time hours would be considered)

Main Purpose Of Job:

The Exams Officer will be responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of non-general qualifications, including AAT and functional skills. This role involves coordinating assessment logistics, preparing materials, invoicing candidates, and ensuring that all processes comply with relevant guidelines. Additionally, the Exams Assistant will act as the lead centre point of contact for non-general qualification subjects, particularly NEA (Non-Examined Assessment) subjects, and provide support to the NEA team with customer service and related tasks.

Main Tasks Of Job:

Non-General Qualification Delivery:
* Administer and coordinate the delivery of non-general qualifications such as AAT and functional skills.
* Prepare and manage all relevant materials, resources, and documentation for each assessment.
* Assist with the scheduling and logistics of non-general qualification assessments, including venue setup and candidate communication.
* Maintain accurate records of assessments, including candidate registrations, results, and feedback.

Invoicing and Financial Administration:
* Prepare and issue invoices to candidates for assessment fees and other related charges.
* Ensure accurate billing and timely processing of payments, following up with candidates as necessary.
* Maintain records of all financial transactions related to non-general qualifications.

Candidate Support:
* Act as a point of contact for candidates regarding non-general qualifications, providing support and addressing queries.
* Ensure candidates receive timely and accurate information about their assessments and results.
* Resolve any issues or concerns raised by candidates throughout the assessment process.
