Salary: up to £26,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Monday Thursday, 8am 5pm and Friday, 8am 1pm (39 working hours per week)

Hybrid working (up to 50% of the week working remotely) after training. Must be within sensible commuting distance due to being office based too

Holidays: 33 days (including Bank Holidays)

Our client is a long standing and successful local manufacturer with multiple well-known brands sold in many of the top department stores across the UK and rest of the world. To top this all off, youll have an early finish on a Friday too!

Working within our clients Operations Team, your core focus will be around production order management, inventory of stock management and customer product sales analysis. Youll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our clients product continuity ranges to achieve sales, profit, and inventory targets.

Summary of your day to day role in our clients own words:

Compile weekly and monthly reports and highlight the key findings to management

Reviewing stock availability thats within their warehouse and provide accurate re-stock dates to the wider business

Raise replenishment orders and help to ensure efficient movement of stock between our clients Distribution Centres within the UK,Netherlands and USA

Monitor key account customer orders to ensure theyre processed on time and are dispatched in full deliveries

Ensure accurate and timely processing of Purchase Orders in line with agreed company deadlines

Issuing weekly shipment instructions to their multiple factories

Amend Purchase Orders to align to changes in sales patterns as required

Review factory plans and work with Merchandisers to prioritise production

Provide administrative support for the department as required
