Description

You will spend the first 3 months at the company in a rotational role where you will learn the ins and outs of how the business works.

  • You would start in an Operations Coordinator role where you will be responsible for responding to different inbound enquiries
  • You would get involved in different business projects which could be a variety of things from data analysis, to updating and writing policies and procedures
  • Every 2 weeks you will work on your presentation skills where you will give a presentation to the CEO about your key findings and progression that has occurred during your time in the role
  • After 3 months, you will build a business plan to submit to each team which will then allow you to progress into a recruitment consultant

Once you are a consultant, you will be completing the full 360 recruitment process.

Salary – £27K OTE £35K
