Assembly Production Operative

Stratton Recruitment are seeking glazers to enhance our clients team in assembling products in their joinery workshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience using both power and hand tools, good attention to detail and work ethic. Experience advantageous but not essential, training can be given.

Duties
– Fit glazing, astragal bars, gaskets, functional parts and accessories accurately and efficiently
– Use power tools to complete assembly tasks.
– Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
– Follow assembly instructions and reports.
– Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements
– Previous experience in an assembly role is desirable
– Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Knowledge of safety procedures related to assembly work
