Integration Co-ordinator

Salary £27,500

12 Month FTC role based in the office and visits to our community partners.

Our Integration Coordinators are key in engaging with stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough. You will collaborate with your Local Authority, JobCentre Plus (JCP) and voluntary/ 3rd sector services to aid participant progression towards work.

Daily you will:

  • Be involved in client contact through Engagement Events to promote our ‘Working Well Work and Health Programme’ and focus groups.
  • Liaising regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents (External Local Signposting Organisations) to ensure accuracy of referrals.
  • Facilitating welcome sessions for new participants, as agreed with JCP.
  • Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate ‘good news stories’ of progression and/or outcomes.

As an Integration Co-ordinator you will:

  • Have excellent relationship management skills, strong ability to deliver communications through face to face and remote delivery,
  • Have strong understanding of the employment services/welfare to work.
  • Have experience working in a performance target driven environment,
