Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a fast-growing company based in Sutton. As a small but industry leading company, you will be supporting the sales team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is organised, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, good telephone and email manner looking for more than just a job but a progressing career. You will be responsible for communicating with clients on or off the phone, order processing and managing deadlines.

Duties include:
- Liaising with customers and clients via email and phone.
- Generating warm leads, quoting and converting.
- Dealing with enquiries.
- Placing and processing orders.
- Keeping clients updated regarding delivery dates.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Working with Suppliers for bespoke orders.
- Most importantly always providing an exceptional level of customer service.
You will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service and communicative skills
- Ambitious
- Must have GCSES in Maths and English C or above
- Eager to work for a small yet growing and very successful company and be a part of their growth – whilst growing and expanding your skillset at the same time!
- Must live locally to Sutton
