Behaviour Mentor | Job details

  • Up to £500 per week paid weekly via PAYE
  • Behaviour Mentor role with additional SEN Teaching Assistant duties
  • Working with a variety of students across the school, across different age groups and classes
  • Mentoring hard to reach/disengaged young people
  • Gain experience in a school setting with students from disadvantaged backgrounds

Behaviour Mentor | Criteria

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a Psychology related subject from a top UK University
  • Has previous experience and a passion for working with children with behavioural needs whilst in Education
  • Excellent communication skills, patience and resilience within a high-pressure environment
