As an Assistant Store Manager, yousupport the Store Managerwiththeday to day running of the storeand take full responsibility in theirabsence.

Inspiringand supportingstaff andvolunteers to deliveranexcellent customerjourneythat reflectour values, ourAssistant Store Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:

  • Ensuring highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising salesthrough physical and digital channels
  • Supportingwith the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
  • Working with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a weekwhich means we require flexibility from our store teams towork weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Due to the volume ofcollections,deliveriesand donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet mostrewarding as you play a part in helping to fundlife-savingresearch.
