THE ROLE

We are looking for a bright and passionate senior digital campaigns consultant with strong experience working on digital campaigns, to join our growing digital team at Stonehaven. As an experienced consultant and/or communications professional, you will be excited by how digital campaigns can deliver change. We welcome applications from candidates who have agency OR in-house experience.

The role holder will be leading on the development, co-ordination and delivery of digital strategies and campaigns for our clients, utilising their knowledge across platforms and channels – including, though not limited to, website content and experience, social media, email marketing, and paid online promotion.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of work across numerous accounts and are expected to develop close relationships with clients, provide them with trusted and informed advice, regularly taking part in client facing meetings and ensuring high quality client output. In this role in particular we are looking for someone who will help drive forward our digital offering, train and upskill junior team members, and work with our Head of Digital to drive business development.

You will be responsible for

  • Developing digital campaign strategies and delivery plans, and implementing digital communication campaigns for clients as part of wider integrated campaigning efforts
  • Building strong client relationships, and providing day-to-day support on client accounts, leading on digital communications in account teams
  • Implementing and shaping paid digital promotion campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Ads, YouTube, and display advertising.
  • Working on website design, development and implementation projects
  • Consulting with clients to develop great, creative digital campaign ideas which deliver against client strategy
  • Providing insight for clients and the business on the latest developments in the digital world
  • Identifying digital opportunities with existing clients and prospects contributing to organic growth and new business efforts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Strong and relevant experience in delivering multi-channel digital communication campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Experience publishing webpage content via web Content Management Systems
  • A strong understanding of, or experience in, utilising programmatic advertising
  • Experience working with social media monitoring and publishing tools
  • Experience creating, and leading on the creation of, content for a variety of channels including web pieces (blogs/landing pages), social media posts, graphics, and videos
  • Strong project management skills and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience working on campaigns with high political relevance or organisational significance
  • Experience of managing CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) is desirable
  • Basic Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Rush, InDesign etc) or equivalent design software would be an advantage

  • Respectful and works with integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with change and crisis management and excited to work with your team to problem solve, focusing on solutions
