Seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for the Bromley office.

Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks,

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage file requests, create and update files, scan, shred, and process documents.

· Handle archive and file management tasks.

· Participate in lunch/holiday cover and telephone rota.

· Maintain a tidy work area and assist with ad hoc duties.

· May have to travel between offices as needed and handle post deliveries.

Customer Service:

· Address inquiries from staff efficiently.

· Communicate updates on file management.

· Assist colleagues when needed.

Reception Duties:

· Greet visitors warmly and manage meeting rooms.

Personal Attributes:

· Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.

· Excellent customer service.

· Initiative and problem-solving abilities.

· Team player with attention to detail and able to work under pressure.

Hours:

Standard hours are 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility required as needed. Alternative hours may be considered.

Salary 24k – 28k
