Zest Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Tamworth.

As a Teaching Assistant in this 2 form entry school, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide valuable support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students in their learning and development- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and planning- Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:- Experience working with primary school children- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team- Relevant qualifications in education or child care (desirable)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
