We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join a leading global provider of smart, sustainable lighting solutions and software. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry.

As a Sales Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Field Sales teams and customers to generate price proposals for lighting products and connected services.
  • Processing sales orders and managing customer deliveries.
  • Generating customer quotes.
  • Developing an understanding of products and service offerings to guide customers on available solutions.
  • Working closely with the Field Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships with customers.

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach that delivers positive and sustainable results.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum
