Reed Scientific are working with a leading scientific research organisation with multiple sites in Belfast, who have an urgent need for a candidate with a background in agricultural sciences with specific skills relating to animal husbandry. This is a 9-month temporary assignment.
Within this opportunity you will be supporting with:
- Animal health and welfare
- General farm duties to include driving tractors and associated machiner
- Additional duties to help support the smooth running of the site where required
They are looking for someone with the following background:
- Agricultural background with full current driving licence
- Animal husbandry experience
- Farm machinery experience
- A love and passion of working with animals
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying conditions
- Minimum 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include English and Mathematics
- Qualification in agriculture (NVQ level 2) desirable
