BENCH HAND ASSEMBLER
MONDAY – THURSDAY 07:00 – 16:00
FRIDAY 07:00 – 12:00
£11.44 PER HOUR
People solutions are looking for Bench Hand Assemblers to work with our well-established client in Leeds.
This position is on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.

Overtime Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 06:30 – 16:30
- Friday – 06:30 – 16:00
After six weeks overtime will be paid at time £13.94 per hour
Day to Day Duties
- To effectively assemble timber products from drawings
- To effectively pack finished product ensuring that items are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected
- To maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
- To ensure that you understand and comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to health and safety at work
Essential Skills
- General assembly experience
- Must be reasonably physically fit as manual handling involved
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from drawings
- Experience in assembling timber components
- Worked within a similar environment i.e. Workshop Work
- Experience with nail guns
- Must be able to provide one work referee
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with timber products
